Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Competitive rates and excellent customer service.

My husband and I both have savings accounts with Atom and have done for a few years. Service and communication second to none. Easy to contact and speak to a real person when needed. Very easy to do business with. Customer service exactly as it should be. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great products, app and service!

I have had several Atom products to date and setting these up and managing them via the Atom app has been so simple. Rates have been good and I've only had to contact them a couple of times and my queries were handled very efficiently. Don't be put off by the 1 star reviews, as these are from people who clearly didn't take the time to read the terms and conditions when they opened their accounts! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
