Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Very easy to use, Good interest rates, Transfer funds from Instant saver back into stanadrd bank account within seconds. Very helpful friendly staff on helpline. Nice Geordie accent. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I’ve had 3 accounts with atom, really easy to open, transfer money etc. good rates of interest. Any engagement I’ve had with Customer Service has been quick, and good. Very good. Just wish they also did ISA’s Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
