Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Excellent Service

Easy to deal with, someone answers the phone pretty quickly if needed, accounts simple to manage, you are kept up to date via messages if something needs to be done.
