Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I discovered Atom when they first came to the market and have been using them ever since. Their platform is easy to use with a great illustration of what returns savers can expect. I wanted to invest a little money for my retirement.

I wanted to invest a little money for my retirement. I’ve always been a safe investor, usually placing any savings into a fixed term investment with my bank. This year the rates were really uncompetitive with my bank so I looked elsewhere and haven’t looked back! Atom was so easy to set up online and I find the app very easy to use in order to keep up to date with my savings.
