Have invested for some ten years now, or seems like that! Very easy to deal with and competitive rates. Easy to speak to although not usually necessary. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Excellent customer service.

This is a genuine review as I chose this bank because you gave a very good interest rate. I am not confident about using the Internet so I was in touch with your customer services regularly and they could not have been more helpful. I now find it very easy to transfer my money from one account to the other, withdraw when I need to or deposit when I want to. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
