Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great savings rates, easy access with better rates for limited withdrawals, easy to use app, account can be opened in minutes, easy to add and withdraw funds. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Easy Peasy to use!

The App is easy to use and easy to navigate round. Product details are clearly explained. Product rates are usually competitive. I like that my details remain on the app even when I have no "live" products. This means that when I am ready to open another product, my details are already there. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Always had a good experience with Atom.

Always had a good experience with Atom.Find online service easy to use for a 78yr old so easy to login and imformative unlikes some sites I’ve used and have given in.When I have had an issue and needed to telephone everyone has been very helpful and polite without making me feel stupid.
