Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

i HAVE NEVER USED A WHOLLY ONLINE BANK SO WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE RESPONSE RATE TIME IS UNBELIEVABLE AND RESPONSE ACCURACY AND SUPPORT IS IMPECABLE.
