Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

REAL PEOPLE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

i HAVE NEVER USED A WHOLLY ONLINE BANK SO WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE RESPONSE RATE TIME IS UNBELIEVABLE AND RESPONSE ACCURACY AND SUPPORT IS IMPECABLE. IT IS REFRESHING NOT TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE CHATTING TO A BOT IN A CHAT FUNCTION AND TO HAVE QUERIES DEALT WITH LITERALLY WITHIN MINUTES Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Very easy to open accounts via the app.

Very easy to open accounts via the app. Good rates. Their banking system seems good. I pay money into their accounts and quite often get a notification the money has gone in within a minute of sending it. Also had to register a lasting power of attorney for my mum with them and their customer service people were great at sorting it out efficiently. Never have to wait long for them to answer the phone either. Highly recommend them from my experience so far. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Easiest of all banking apps

I have been a member for many years now, contacting them is easy. I have let my accounts role on just taking the interest at the end.Very good app, very easy to use and easy to find any information I need for tax etc. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
