Customer service is none existent.

Applied for a fixed saver account. Got confirmation back saying they wound be in touch. Never heard nothing back despite numerous attempts using the silly APP that never takes you anywhere. It seems Atom Bank is just "another bank", dressed up in different clothes but still the same attitude as all the rest! Reviewed on: 10th July 2016

Amatuers

Having waited months for an access code I discover the codes are not sent out in a specific order.This means someone who registered yesterday can receive a code before a person who registered 12 months ago?Its a bit like walking into a branch and Atom serving the person at the back of the queue.
