Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to set up a fixed account with Atom Bank

With Atom Bank, it was easy to set up an account with secure access. Once the deposit period closed, it was easy to see the interest that was being accumulated each month. It also had a great interest rate! And at the end of the fixed period, it was easy to transfer to another great product. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

This will be the second year I have used Atom Bank and I have found the online app useful and easy to use as I am not particularly a techie person at the age of 69! Also if I have come across something that I have not understood the customer services have answered my query incredibly quickly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
