Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Absolutely appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service. Customer service is terrible, only slightly good thing is the rate, everything else about this company is terrible. Can't wait to close my account and never use them ever again. The good interest is not worth any other hassle. Reviewed on: 11th April 2024

Good for Olds

Atom Fixed saver, monthly interest payments

Atom Bank, besides providing a very good rate of interest, have an app which is easy to navigate and provide superb customer service. Internet saving made so easy
