straight forward, simple, does what you expect easily

Competitive rate - easy to open - good communication

I have not used Atom bank before, but wanted a bank where I could open multiple accounts with the minimum of fuss. The range of accounts on offer is great and I opened three fixed savers over different time periods in line with my needs (and an instant saver for a slush fund). The account opening process was very quick, easy to navigate and I understood where I was at all times. The rates on offer are far superior to the big banks and of course, the FSCS protection of £85,000 is very reassuring.
