I opened a new account with Atom and got a bonus interest rate which really helped my money work harder. It was so easy to open an account using the app on my mobile phone. No fuss, it's just so easy to bank with Atom. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Was slightly disappointed

Joined Atom in 2016 when Martin Lewis spoke about a fixed saver-I jumped on the chance. Joining the bank was like jumping through circus rings and was told over and over again I wasn’t successful in registering for an account. However three weeks later I had a confirmation email at last! Entered money, left it and then had an email reminder that the fixed term was coming to an end. Again it was jumping through hoop after hoop to retrieve the money but eventually when I was given the confirmation money would leave the saver with Atom and go to my bank, it did come through pretty quickly. If you want to leave your money somewhere and forget about it but not have a particularly high return then this is one for you (just don’t forget an extra dash of patience in your coffee if you do) Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Top Marks In Every Respect

I've held various accounts with Atom since 2017, both Fixed Saver and Instant Saver. Cannot fault them. The one time I've rang their customer service my query was swiftly remedied. The app is fantastic and Atom are always brisk in increasing their variable interest rates whilst their rivals can be sluggish in that respect. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Four years and counting
