Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy app to use, save from 3 months, great service

I've had accounts with Atom Bank now for several years. Money is tight and I juggle it around a lot. Using the online app is so simple and I usually roll each year long savings account on again, but if I need cash for something I can withdraw it. Their interest rates are comparable to other banks and I've been more than happy to continue using them. I made a hash of setting up a pot of money from my pension recently and had to speak to them twice. They were brilliant, supportive, informative and everything you want with customer services - I should know, it's what I do. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
