Very smooth and slick operations

Quick and easy account opening and closing, very smooth user experience of the app, the customer service is quick to respond on the phone (and you speak to a human not robot!). Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Excellent service.

I have invested money with Atom Bank for several years now. They offer good interest rates and with the excellent app setting up a new savings account and transferring money is so easy. They offer good customer service should you need help/advice is superb. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

I was sceptical at first about handing my money over...

I was sceptical at first about handing my money over to a company on line. But I rang Durham and spoke to a human in a matter of seconds. They were both friendly and helpful. It was very quick to set the account up and I opted for the pay monthly interest, that other banks didn’t seem to offer.
