Atom is a great online bank, but could be better

Atom is a great online bank - I didn't need to speak to anyone and all of the information I need is on the app which is really helpful. I also think all the details on interest rates and so on are very clearly laid out, which I appreciate. I was a little disappointed that the rates change so frequently (since I joined a month ago they have changed twice), and I also think the app is a little confusing to use, but all in all I would recommend it. Excellent Easy to use online bank

They have a good range of products for savers that are easy to open, add money to and manage via the app. I have opened fixed savers and easy access saving accounts in the past. It is easy to use the app and they frequently message me when my statements or messages are available to view. Other members of my family use Atom Bank and are equally impressed with them. Great rates and the best of service

I have had savings with Atom bank since 2016 and I have always enjoyed good / competitive interest rates on my accounts PLUS peace of mind that my money was in safe hands. The app is so easy to use and I am so pleased that it is now available on the iPad as well as the iPhone. The service provided managing my account is clear and simple.
