Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to view savings products. Stress free transfer of savings into atom accounts. Interest paid monthly and promptly. Good communications when deals coming to an end and options available. Will continue saving with Atom. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Happy customer

Have been with Atom Bank for 5 years and it is extremely easy to access and use their online service. Being an older customer sometimes online services can be difficult to navigate but I don’t have an issue with Atom services.They keep you up to date when coming to end of term and the next options are explained perfectly.
