Lack of vital information

I have found out entirely by accident that Avanti have changed their underwriters to a company in Ireland. The emergency numbers and emergency email address have also changed but I with a yearly policy have not been informed. It looks like I could have been left stranded should I have needed assistance. Our change in underwriter will not effect anyone whose policy was purchased prior to the change over, which was on 01/08/2017. Carefree Delight

Avanti allows us to go on holiday with carefree delight and covering my husband's heart condition is FAR less than on any other policy.
