I have recently renewed my second policy with Avanti. I have medical conditions and in my discussions with their representative I found them to be very understanding and was very pleased when I was given 15months cover for the price of 12. At renewal this year I had no hesitation in extending my policy for another 15 months and along with this I recommended my wife, resulting in us both receiving a discount. I think at 74 years old this is the best travel coverage I have ever had. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

After learning our daughter had bowel cancer my wife and I had to cancel our holiday we put a claim in to Avanti at first they didn't agree with our claim but I gave them some more precice dates which they agreed with and they gave us a full refund which we were very pleased with.
