Patience

I am an Oap and very hard of hearing, the staff couldn't have been more patient and understanding . I was too ill in the end to book the holiday but was given an immediate refund. I will insure with them again as soon as I am well enough Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Greta customer service

We were supposed to be celebrating our Golden Wedding in May 2020. A grand trip to Canada, costing more than we usually spend on a holiday, was planned. Because of medical conditions we shopped around and got a quote for a single trip from Avanti. Once covid struck the trip was cancelled and rescheduled for 2021. It only took a phone call to change the cover, at no cost, to the new dates. When again this was cancelled another phone call to Avanti was made. This time we had to redo the quote. We were offered a 15 month policy, for not too much more than the new cost of a single trip, which we accepted. Insurance for us is always expensive, but Avanti are very competitive and you cannot fault their costumer service. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Best travel insurance coverage

I was looking everywhere for an insurer who would offer full travel coverage even when the Government Travel Advisory was in full effect. Avanti offered the coverage at a very reasonable cost The quotation was very easy to obtain and there was no hidden surprises in the small print. A very professional insurer with excellent customer service.
