Worst experience ever. Aviva travel insurance

Worst experience ever. Bag has been stolen from plane. Reported straight away, and it took more than 25 emails, 10 phone calls, 1 hour interview and 5 months waiting time to receive compensation for 7 items from 10 (all doc has been provided in time). Reviewed on: 10th October 2024

Aviva avoid compensation for lost luggage.

Avoid at all costs to compensate for lost luggage. Despite clear evidence from airline, now Aviva want photographs of the items we are claiming for. It was a 3wk multi-destination 60th Birthday celebration, common sense would determine, we needed sufficient clothes and items for such a holiday. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
