They tried so hard to avoid paying claimsnt

It’s just a useless company with useless staff. The process was so slow intentionally as they are trying really hard to not paying up the claims. They asked for ridiculous documetations. Reviewed on: 17th May 2025

Had Aviva travel insurance through nationwide.

Had Aviva travel insurance through nationwide. Had to pay supplement of £30 to cover medical . Cancelled flex plus account within days but Aviva would not refund my payment Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Worst experience ever. Aviva travel insurance

Worst experience ever. Bag has been stolen from plane. Reported straight away, and it took more than 25 emails, 10 phone calls, 1 hour interview and 5 months waiting time to receive compensation for 7 items from 10 (all doc has been provided in time). Reviewed on: 10th October 2024
