Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Excellent Team

I just had my second loan (unexpected to be approved) last month. The loan application is a very straightforward one. My experience was excellent. No more phone calls from the team for follow up and no more extra papers needed. Bamboo has helped me a lot, as when I was struggling and missed paying for few months, every time I give them a ring the customer service people have been very helpful. They are very calm and will not embarrass you or harass you for payment. Instead they have helped me in many ways like arranging payment plan that I can afford. They have been very supportive to me throughout until I paid in full. I feel relieve all the time after I spoke to them because of the excellent service from the team. I didn’t feel being judged at all. I’m lost for words and couldn’t thank them enough. Excellent Bamboo and well done to the whole team. Keep it up. Would highly recommend you to everyone. Quids In
