Very high Apr rates, but will offer a loan

Very high Apr rates, but one of the only places willing to give people with low credit scores a chance at a loan. They should offer lower apr rates to people who have no missed payments on their Experian. Reviewed on: 18th April 2024

Easy to apply for. Everything very clear and data/options available online - view documents, options to change pay date, borrow more, view how much to pay to pay it off sooner. A bit disappointed with limited option of being able to change the pay day. If you are moving jobs frequent, it might be an issue if your pay dates more around significantly. I obtained a loan through Bamboo and during a recent issue with losing my employment, I missed a payment. I spoke to different employees at Bamboo who dealt with my issue with a wonderful empathetic nature and was not charged a late fee. They offered to put my account on hold whilst I waited for funds to make the payment. Any time I have dealt with one of their employees, they have made the experience flawless and personalised.
