Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Personal loan set up with Bamboo

Whilst setting up the loan with bamboo the personal I was on the phone with where very professional, warm, friendly and patient with me. They explained everything to me that I didn't understand and how the loan works. Their staff are very understanding also when I have had two missed payments on my loan not due to not having the money it was there just silly mishaps like I lost my bank card and I got new one I forgot to tell Bamboo I had done so. They was more than happy to help me out the same day I called stopping me from getting a negative mark on my credit profile. To which I'm very grateful of. They are always there to help their customers the best way they can to help their customers find an easy way that's affordable to continue moving forward in life without stress of worrying about money. The whole process was easy

The whole process was easy, simple to understand questions. I was then informed of next steps (which was an agent call me). Had a chat with the agent thr next day as it was late at night. Explained what I was wanting to do and how this would help financially (consolidated and a bit of extra money for a holiday). The agent talked me through the whole process including next steps, when I would receive the funds etc and what to do if I have any issues. It felt like talking to a friend rather than a company. I've received statements from them advising how much I can save if I'm in a position to pay off etc. I would highly recommend others to use and wouldn't hesitate to look at these again Reviewed on: 17th April 2024
