VERY VERY bad provider AVOID at any cost

Hi I would like to thanks TrustPilot for this opportunity to write a review . i have been a very good customer of Barclaycard for 8 years and only 3 weeks ago they have cancelled my credit card . i have rang them and asked for explanation of this action as i was depending on this money for my next purchase but unfortunately all they can provide me with was " We can withdraw our services when ever we like and also we don't think you eligible for this card any more " .... This has left me confused and upset , so i have done my own home work on this and come to a conclusion that is you need a credit card from this provider then think twice as they can suddenly leave you with no card and whats worse then making a plan and this happens . Worst service ever received from a bank

At a ripe old age with decades of banking experience I have never been treated so unfairly until I was abused by barclaycard incompetence. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Atrocious, deceitful service

This bank employs persons whom are dishonest, give undertakings which they fail to address, treat the customer unfairly, indeed unlawfully. Evidence and witness statements suggest this bank to be of such a poor standard it is amazing it is allowed to continue trading. Complaints are not dealt with professionally and court action appears to be the only way to address this banks disregard for duty of care, obligations and their mission statement. Avoid if you value your mental and financial well being as this bank cares for neither. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
