great service when card stolen

CUSTOMER SERVICE and No Problems Abroad

Their customer service team are very helpful, used my card abroad for spending money and helpful all the way, no i am having a little struggle they had no problem in helping me out with a payment delay and not causing any stress. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016

Good all rounder credit card

Happy with Barclaycard, they always have good offers on, their customer service is ok, could be better but the offers and deals make up for this, I have a few credit cards and this is by far the best Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

It's okay...

I've has this credit card for 3 years now. I've spent well over £8000 on it and still haven't earned enough points to even get a £10 voucher, so it's not great if you want to be rewarded. Having said this, my APR is relatively low so I'm happy with it. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2016

great cashback card

accepted almost everywhere and offers great cashback rates. my primary cashback card is amex so having a more widely accepted alternative is essential. the rates and offers aren't quite as good as amex though so make sure you get both! Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Barclaycard Freedom Rewards

I upgraded to this card from a Barclaycard Initial with no problems. My credit limit remained the same though, £500, which I was able to increase instantly online. I was able to build up the reward points quite easily, converting them into Boots vouchers, which come in very handy at this time of year! They're not the most generous reward credit card out there but customer service is always efficient and I really like that I can see exactly what I'm spending online. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

rubbish service, always blocking my card

According to Barclaycard, I have an 'unusual spending pattern'. My card is frequently blocked. When I go to use it it gets declined and I am asked to ring Barclaycard. I've asked them (several times) to stop blocking it. Staff on the phone are often rude and not helpful. Barclaycard don't try to ring and speak to me before blocking. When I ring up about my blocked card I have to wait on the phone (not a free number) to speak to the 'Fraud' department, with no apology for making me miss purchases. It's frustrating and I am unable to trust the card. I now refuse to use this card and my new Halifax card has never been blocked and im spending the same amounts. Reviewed on: 20th April 2015
