Best Mobile Banking App

I love the mobile banking app as it allows me to stay on top of my finances at all times. IK can use 24/7 it is FANTASTIC. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Brilliant App and Banking Service

I love the banking app. Very simple and easy to use. The feature that I can cash in my checks online is really convenient as I have a check to cash and working Monday to Friday and I don’t always have time on the weekend. Since joining Barclays 2 months ago. I never had no negatives to point out so far. Very happy I have chose a Barclays Bank. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Quick and East

I check my account everyday and find it very quick and easy to use. Transfers, setting up payments or just checking my account. This is the quickest and easiest online banking service I have ever used. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Not a single issue so far

I had quite a few things done for me by Barclays. They helped me open my first ISA account, so I can have savings. They will advise me on how to do payments and money transfers the best way for me with little or no cost for me. They will sometimes give me random advise unrelated to the topic I am speaking with them, without it been sellout or promotion. Last one was when I was replacing my card since I was having some issues with TFL. They told me I can activate voice login, which I haven't done so far, but I will try eventually. Their app also supports contactless and it can be activated really fast and easy if you need it. Over all they are pushing in a direction that works fine with me, so I am going along with them. Fast online transactions, secure access and professional service

Barclays gets it right for digital banking services, their apps and desktop sites just work, every time. Speed, security and user interaction design for apps and desktop are clear, well structured and easy to navigate. Barclays telephone staff are always unfailingly polite and go the extra mile to keep me satisfied. Their mobile app is simply superb in speed, security and breadth of service.
