Phenomal company

Most phenomal company I have ever joined for banking and online banking. ever since I joined in 2016 I've had ups and downs with problems occurring with card losses and Barclays have been there for me to help me get on my own two feet and keep running and updated on what's coming. Face to Face

When I have the occasional problem like unfamiliar debits, Barclays offer a face to face meeting to help solve the problem rather than point me to a faceless website. Nothing has been too much trouble in the Plymouth branch, Great people. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Life savers

When I was unfortunate to go bankrupt back in 2011 I had my bank account stopped and had no bank account to have wages paid into etc. So I had to find a bank quickly . So I popped into Barclays to ask about opening an account given my predicament. They couldn't be more helpful even when I told them I'd gone bankrupt They knew how upset I was and sorted me a account out more or less straight whilst sympathising with me and not being judgemental . I will forever be greatful to them and have nothing but praise for them and I will not hear a bad word against them. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
