Mortgage Help And Advise

After being with Bath Building Society for nearly 10 years, I was looking to move to a new property and sorted out advise from Bath B/S about keeping my business with them regardless on how competitive some lenders are at this present time ( cheapest isn't always the best ) After talking it throw with Ian Birch from Bath B/S , his great help made and advise made the hole process so easy to deal with and one major plus I must say at any one time I needed to contact him regarding the new mortgage he was always there to help and got back to you promptly . Clear and efficient communication

Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! I left a product Variation until the final day of 7...

I left a product Variation until the final day of 7 from the date of the letter from Bath BS, it was late afternoon and yet Adam still accommodated this late application and got it through in time, brilliant work I must say. Reviewed on: 20th February 2024

New mortgage - specialist product

Great service from start to finish on a more specialised mortgage product. The best part was the fact that I had named people who I could contact, who were all very helpful and responsive - not like the large faceless organisations we are all used to dealing with these days.
