The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable when I have any queries. They are also very caring, especially when dealing with some older customers. It’s a joy to go into their branch in Moorland Road. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Superb Savings Accounts to help you grow your money

Bath Building Society have a fantastic range of Savings accounts. I've been using them over the past 30 years, either to save for something special or to grow my capital, depending on my financial situation at the time. Their banking app is very easy to use and their customer service in branch is always superb. Good rates and easy to set up

Opened online accounts. Easy process. Documents were posted to me in good time to complete the process quickly. Bath Building Society offered very competitive rates in comparison to other providers. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
