How a Building Society should be.

I like the customer care, I've found it the best of any B.S. I've had accounts with. The staff make you feel like you're important to them and always do their best to help. Their web site is easy to use and if there is a problem I've always been able to speak to a real person. Please don't change! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Trustworthy local institution

I like the idea that BIBS is a local firm that engages with the community in my home town. I like having a local branch (Moorland Rd) that is easy to visit and has staff who have always been friendly and helpful ... and I like the fact that I have been able to open a savings account for my (Bath-resident) grandson again with a local firm that I trust to continue well into the future. Friendly

All the staff at the Moorland Road branch are so friendly , helpful and polite and nothing seems to much trouble wether you go in or telephone. And they have a good system in place for still being able to deposit and withdraw money due to this virus Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Ive been a member of the Society for 20 years and for those years, the constant thread is service, reliability and trust. A great organisation and its good that staff rarely change, so you build up a relationship with an organisation that is founded on classic values. I have nothing but praise for them all.
