Fast and efficient ISA transfer

I wanted to transfer my Bath BS cash ISA into equities. My financia adviser warned it could take several weeks. In fact, it has been dealt with in just a couple of weeks. Thank you. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

Nice CS but disappointing rates

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you feel that our rates are disappointing. Clearly with the Bank of England base rate at an all time low of 0.10% it is difficult to get excited about interest rates in general at the moment. I can however confirm that Moneyfacts rates all of our core savings rates as at least 'competitive' and even this weekend The Mail included us in their best buy tables for our Junior ISA account. Local and caring

So pleased that agency is maintained in our town when the bigger building societies have all left. I can do all my transactions locally. No traveling or queues. Have ready recommended Bath to elderly neighbours who have opened accounts. Reviewed on: 6th June 2020

Deal with real people at local branches!

I like being able to use a local branch (Moorland Road) where staff are friendly and helpful. I also like being able to phone the Main Office in Bath for advice or any queries. I can get through directly (without any pressing 1 etc) and can speak to knowledgeable and helpful staff. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020
