Rokas was very helpful and resolved my issues prompt...

Rokas was very helpful and resolved my issues promptly, but there had been previous issues i.e. having filled in a change of signatory form a couple of years ago I found out this hadn't been applied to the account, so although Rokas did everything he could overall it could do with some improvement. Helpful with accounts Charlotte’s customer service

Wheater on the phone or in person, I find the staff very helpful. When I couldn't get into the bath branch. Rachel at the Oldfield park branch was very helpful in transferring some funds for me. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025
