Went into Wood Street branch to report the death of a family member. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jane was very kind and supportive and guided us through the process. I regularly use Oldfield Park Branch and they’re always so helpful and I consider them as my friends. Not only do they help with my accounts they go above and beyond to help with any other queries I have, it’s always a pleasure to call in and see Gemma, Rachel and Lisa.
