When I initially rang re opening an account the lady was extremely helpful and supportive. Not pushing me to go online. My name was added to a list to guarantee the current interest rate. From posting me forms to me returning them and account opening was about 1 week. Paper work was clear and easy to complete. All very prompt - excellent - thank you. Reviewed on: 10th December 2025

Staff always helpful and friendly, an account for everyone. I like a passbook to record my transitions but can use the internet to very m accounts.
