MISS SELLING & FRAUD

Don't ever use this company. They take your money but when its time to pay out they say that you are not covered and to read the small print and refuse to pay out. So why take money off the customer for a policy that they don't cover. It's actually quite shocking they re still in business. It has to be illegal? I have now started proceedings against them. Save yourself the money and the hassle and do not use this company. They are truly awful and disgraceful. I never ever leave reviews anywhere. Efficient & effective

When a family pet called Wellington takes a fancy to your new expensive cycling shoes who you are you going to call well Bikmo of course sent in some pics & spoke with the helpful staff & all sorted efficiently & Wellington well he gave shoes a wide birth Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Simple insurance for yer bike

Tell them how much your bike costs, buy the appropriate lock. Get insured. Easy. Bought some new wheels or your bike replacement is now £x more expensive after two years or however long, it’s easy to update your details through the website and then you’re covered. It’s pence. Cover for a reasonable price

So far so good in that I haven’t had to use them in anger. However, it’s reassuring to know from other peoples experience and reviews that they will have my back when I need them. The best bit is they don’t charge as much as other companies which means I’m not paying more for bike insurance than I’m paying for car insurance. Reviewed on: 7th September 2023
