AVOID - Can not be trusted

After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not willing to verify my lock. My lock was complaint with the policy, so unfortunately they mis-sold me the policy. If you want protection for your bike, so somewhere else. Avoid this company. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Bikmo have been insuring my E-bikes for 4 years now. I found their customer service team exceptional in all aspects from my initial contact over the phone through the whole process of which cover suited my needs to renewals and policy upgrades.
