Worst finance company we have used

Proposed a deal with Blue motor finance that was accepted. Phoned customer to sign docs and collect car only to be told by Blue a mistake has been made & customer has been declined. We had an acceptation via dealer portal and email & no message from Blue to say the decision was a mistake. Therefore no time to phone customer before coming to collect. Very unhappy customer and poor review for us thanks to Blue motor finance. Not the first mistake. We have closed our account and use other more competent finance providers. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Very quick service and response 10 out of 10

I had a question in regards to changing my payment date, this question was answered within 2 hours of my first Email and payment date updated the every same day, great customer service from the team at Blue Motor Finance team, would highly recommend reacting out if you have any questions in regards to your agreement. Avoid. You will regret using them.

Avoid. I wish I had. They will deal with one issue, then ignore you when they don't want to deal with any more. They will close the complaint down before anything is fixed, then say that if you don't like it, go to the financial ombudsman. Apparently, a car that cuts out completely and loses all power, has a knocking exhaust, screeching from the engine and other issues is deemed fit for purpose, with no serious faults. And you can't get hold of them to discuss it. As the rude Felicien told me; they are not responding to my emails, or calling me back, because they have closed my complaint. Despite having promised me calls back and emails. This has gone on for months, since I purchased the car in July 23. Gutted, as I rely on my car to get to and from work, and transport my kids, safely. You don't expect it, or this level of service, when you are paying 13 grand. Don't be tempted. Best finance company I have used

Blue finance have been a pleasure to buy a car with. I was on short wages though lockdown. I called the payment line without hesitation they helped me though a very tough time . They let me pay on weekly basis because it worked out better the staff are very professional and friendly an A1 company to deal with Reviewed on: 1st November 2023

The worst experience ever

Staff rude, not helful, arogant! The first car I bought from them, was failing massively and they claimed that it happens when ever I drive! They literary shout at me on the phone as it was my fault that they sold a car with massive issues! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Reviewed on: 4th October 2023
