Excellent, personal, service!

In an era of robot call centres and "big" banks, having a local providers with "real" people at the end of the telephone is a refreshing change. Also knowing that your savings are used for ethical lending which keeps people in your own community away from pay day loan companies and door step loan sharks is a big plus! Boost with Boom!

Have been saving with Boom for several years now. It’s so easy as I do payroll deductions so I don’t even notice it’s gone! Website is so easy to use to check how my savings are growing, and if I need to make a withdrawal, I put in a request via the website in the morning (working days) and the money is in my bank account by the end of the day! On the odd occasion when I’ve had to speak to a member of staff, they are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Boom to anyone looking for a safe, easy to use savings plan.
