After a bad experience with another insurer I found Brightside to be smooth and easy to deal with, great value with all options included for a similar price ! No requests for over the top documents to take out insurance. Just great !!! Thank you Reviewed on: 21st September 2017

Got a very favourable quote, but didn't want to accept for four weeks. I was told that the quote would stand for 30 days. When I went to re-new the cost had gone up considerably. However the original quote accepted eventually. Although all the paperwork was online and easy to access, I did send my proof of "no-claims " by Email twice, with a request of confirmation that they had recieved it. got no reply to any. I can only assume that this was recieved and accepted as I have a certificate of Insurance now online, replacing the cover note. A bit frustrating when you have to chase everything !
