Brightside have provided me with a competitive and easy to administer car insurance policy. Any changes have been easy to make and this has allowed me stress free motoring, safe in the knowledge my insurance is in good hands. Well done guys! Reviewed on: 19th September 2017

Annual reminder came in plenty of time to consider if there was a need to find alternative quotes but the renewal price was so acceptable there was no need to change. So a quick acceptance without any problems. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Very easy to do online. But when tried to call for assistance got put on hold then cut off after 10 minutes

I can never get through to Brightside on the telephone unless I click that I am a new customer (but still hold for 20 mins!). Existing customers are sent e-mails to renew insurance but cannot get through to discuss this or amend the details. I bought a new car and because I was unable to speak with someone I went elsewhere. I was then sent an e-mail thanking me for renewing my car insurance with Brightside! I then tried to cancel by phoning but again was on hold for 20 minutes! Reviewed on: 11th August 2017
