still no documents

cannot access the documents online- contacted twice on hold for a long time, requested proof of no claims , should have been emailed to me on 15th still nothing .this risks my new policy not good customer service at all. Reviewed on: 19th July 2017

Disappointing experience

Contacted Brightside via Compare the market website and accepted their car insurance quote.From then on it was all downhill.I particularly requested that they posted the paperwork as I had no printer Nothing arrived in seven days.despite many phones calls I then phoned the insurance co directly They reminded Brightside(Broker)of my request and three days later the paperwork arrived .What a performance!
