This award is open to any company who has developed and implemented a new product, process or service in the financial sector in the UK which for example opens up a new market to consumers, improves efficiency or has driven a step change in effectiveness for customer excellence. This is not an exhaustive list but shows the types of innovations that would be eligible to participate in this category.
