By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Moving to ByMiles for car insurance has been a game-changer for me because as a rule, unless I use the car for a holiday, I do not do many miles around London.
