By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Easy to set up and a great way to approach low mileage insurance

The GPS device arrived quickly and was easy to set up. Never had any problem speaking with the online assistants - all have been very helpful. For me it is a great way to keep costs low, and it gives me an incentive to walk or cycle. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

First I had a few issue's with getting started with a faulty plug whitch was replaced quickly and easily then I changed my first nominated payment card to my debit card by email and was sorted very easily. Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

ByMiles is the best & cheapest way to insure your car for those who don't do many miles, it's perfect for me and I will be renewing with them again as I have done for the last 2 years, the customer service are polite, friendly and very helpful and I've never had any issues they are brilliant!! Perfect Insurance Product

By miles is the perfect insurance company for those who, perhaps don’t drive lots of miles throughout the year. The pay-as-you-go (by mile) monthly payment rewards those drivers who don’t drive far and perhaps use their car infrequently. The up-front fee to insure your car ‘parked’ outside your home isn’t excessive and is fair. After this initial payment you then pay for the miles you drive that month, simple, transparent and fair. By miles has ensured that my premium has reduced from the previous year (by 40% in my case), and I will certainly be renewing my car insurance with by miles. I wholeheartedly recommend By miles.
