Extremely efficient, professional and with no hard sell. Would recommend

Easy to use, very competitive price !

As I only use this car as a second car I do not cover a great mileage over the year, another great feature is the information provided by the app I know exactly what each journey has cost and if there any problems with the car as these are flagged up as fault codes. Nothing on the market as good!!!!

First year but By Miles has been outstanding, advising me through the virus situation and giving advice on vehicle protection during the 'Shut Down'. Great and fair insurance for low mileage users

I found customer service was great I got my tracker quickly and Installed with clear instructions. The app is very good for tracking your miles and planning your journeys with cost per journey. It's giving me a cheaper alternative to other car insurance where you pay the same as someone who uses there car much more,this is much fairer. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Good service to setup your insurance, hassle free
