I was first attracted by the value (significantly more cost effective than alternatives) and the simple concept of pay by miles. Then I loved the app, easy to keep track of what's going on, in real time, instead of hunting around for paperwork once a year at renewal time. Then I needed help after my wife was in an accident and the service was impeccable and seamless.
