By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

A good value inside for low milage driver's

I've had a good experience of By Miles. Prompt efficient service and the price was competitive. I was also impressed that when it came to renewal time they lowered the price from the previous year. One lump sum for all the major benefits of car insurance, no hassle sign up and pay by the mile absolutely leaps ahead of any other car insurance company I have ever dealt with. I needed a solution for my needs as most other companies would not offer me any discount for lower mileage driven over a shorter or longer period of time. Brilliant car insurance - only pay for miles you drive!

I've been with By Miles for two years now and they're excellent value for money. Particularly in lockdown and using car alot less I'm saving £££ on car insurance. After paying an initial (very reasonable) annual flat fee you only pay insurance for the actual miles you drive. Lower mileage = lower costs. Win for the wallet & the environment! By Miles is a great insurance company if you are not doing too many miles. The set up is very straightforward and the added bonus is that the Application for iPhone/Android works very well, logging your journeys and even providing information as to the location of your vehicle. Don’t worry either, it’s not a Black Box and does not reflect on your speed, just your mileage. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
