Finally car insurance that fits my lifestyle

Fantastic Customer Service and Great App

Value for money

Its very good insurance for people who don't do a lot off miles but when you need to go along way they have a cap in place of a 150 miles a day and any think over is free which is a grate idea. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Fantastic

Love By Miles - only pay for the miles driven and get protected no claims bonus which most other companies don't offer until after 4 years NCB has been earned. Never had an issue, and the cost works out cheaper than any other policy on the market for me. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Excellent Car Insurance

I used By Miles as moving to a city my insurance had more than doubled and was struggling to find an affordable rate. I have been with them for over a year and this is the first car insurance company I've stayed with. Easy to set up, easy to monitor and budget for if you need to. I've swapped cars and it was so easy to sort out. The company are great to deal with and the concept is great for anyone doing shorter journeys. I also like the fact the app actually works and is not fussy to use as well as having things like track my car, car medic and even a journey estimator. Easy to use app, friendly Customer Service, and more!

By miles is amazing, drive by the mile, so if you drive very little or want to monitor your travelled distance, this company is for you. Their app is very easy to use. Where all needed insurance policy and details is at a click! Also it has a obd2 reader installed so you can check your cars health right away! And finally amazed by the customer service, in app or online, where they are very responsive and goes straight to the point if any problems, like change of number plate is done in a few hours. It really is too good and too true

my car insurance is sky high, Stressed out for renewal I saw your add on a billboard whilst on a train. So I searched your website and this what I really needed, an insurance to charge me for how much I drive. So renewal came opened your website in my book marks... bish bash bosh, bobs your uncle, fanny's your aunt.I am now insured with a bymiles policy.
