Great app, easy to use and affordable!

This is the best car insurance provider I have ever been with. The app is user-friendly, and they send you relevant emails! I appreciated the helpful emails they sent during the lockdown too. Best bit - pricing is fair and affordable too. I would highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Such a simple idea, yet so effective. It has saved me so much money only paying for the miles I drive. I've not had to make a claim (touch wood!) but the couple of times I've needed customer support it has been a seamless and pleasant experience. I have found By Miles, very user friendly. I can monitor what my insurance payment will be on a daily basis with great ease. If I’ve needed to contact the team, it’s been no hassle at all!my only suggestion moving forward is having the function to making payments at times other than the date in which the insurance is due to be paid. E.g prepay onto my account if I am not in the country on payment day. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
