Best and cheapest insurance I have had

I couldn't believe it woekni came across by miles.. I thought it was too good to be true as it was half the price of my past insurers. I phoned customer service and the lady was very helpful and answered all my questions efficiently, I have been with by miles since March and it's great for me. The app is amazing too as I know how much my insurance is going to be each month. I also receive an email reminder that it's due to be taken by direct debit.. Simple, great value car insurance

Very straightforward to use the website and the app, it's a great system that lets you pay monthly (on a per mile basis) with no extra charge over an annual policy. Plugging in the small unit to the car took about a second - and that's it, you're good to go. Would recommend for sure. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Great insurance, why pay for anything less!

Just pay for what you get, a simple concept applied to motor insurance! Why contribute to someone else's premiums by paying a set amount irrespective of how far you drive? Not me! Well done By Miles! Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

A Pensioners friend.

With limited funds to live on, paying a full years insurance, which is probably loaded, was difficult. We don't use the car a lot, but it is our means to escape reality now and again, it alolows us to enjoy our freedom. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

The one to beat ...

Car insurance with a twist. It makes people drive smarter. I now opt for the shorter route if that may mean I am a few minutes late, rather than go the fastest route but much longer journey. The GPS location on the app is very useful when you are using meet and greet service at airports. At least you know where your car is parked or whether your car has been used inappropriately. Incredibly cheap provider for low miles

Moved to ByMiles after was quoted about £500 cheaper than the next provider. You get discounts for referring people, tracking tool which is useful if you leave your car in the garage to be fixed, and the customer services answer promptly and are very helpful and speak clearly. No annoying low quality 80-ies hold music is enough to go with this company. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
