By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

The best way to insure your car

By miles is great. The app is great and I love the whole concept of only paying for the time you spend actually driving the car. I have 2 cars and one spends 6 days a week sat in my garage so for me this solution to car insurance is great. I would recommend the company to everybody! Value for money car insurance

As a low milage driver, less than 3000 miles per year, I believe that pay as you drive insurance will give me much better value for money thna a normal annual premium. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

By Miles is the logical way forward for car insurance; premiums should be closely related to vehicle mileage but for nearly all of the old-style companies, this is not the case. By Miles breaks the mold, and is can be expected to grow rapidly over the next few years. This should mean better value for motorists. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

Perfect solution for low mileage drivers

I and am sure other low mileage drivers typically end up paying a lot on insurance even though we drive mostly on weekends. A policy by just miles seems like a one stop solution for all these problems. Looking forward to their official launch Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

Just plug a little device into your car and save money. It really is that simple, virtually halved my insurance costs and I can't wait for the service to go fully live.
